Gwinnett County

Gwinnett County is one of America's fastest-growing counties for the past 20 years. Our dynamic and exciting county combines the best of big-city living with the comforts of the suburbs. Located 24 miles northeast of Atlanta, Gwinnett County has a strong and diverse economy, pro-business outlook, a well educated and motivated labor force, reasonable taxes and modern infrastructure.  

Gwinnett Cities
Gwinnett is home to 15 municipalities, with Lawrenceville being the county seat.  Other Gwinnett communities include Snellville, Grayson,  Duluth,  Suwanee,  Sugar Hill, Buford, Lilburn, Norcross, Braselton, Dacula, Auburn and Loganville. You can obtain a multitude of community information including demographics, median income, average temperatures and crime statistics by visiting the community profile 

Gwinnett Schools
Gwinnett County Public School System is one of the southeast's largest and most acclaimed. Students in this system consistently score well above state, national, and city averages on standardized tests. Due to schools having become such an important factor in the purchase of a home, I have included detailed school information for Gwinnett County.  The Brookwood School District encompasses parts of Lawrenceville, Snellville and Lilburn.

We also have our share of universities and colleges, with the newest being the Gwinnett University Center, partnering with the University of Georgia, Georgia Perimeter College, Southern Polytechnic State and The Medical College of Georgia. We also have facilities of DeVry University, Shorter College, Asher School of Business, Gwinnett College of Business and Gwinnett Technical College. 

Gwinnett Real Estate
The real estate market in Gwinnett County is comprised of single family detached homes, condominium and townhouse residences and commercial property.
